Every year I say this is the year, I'm going to loose weight. Every year I'm disappointed. I think back 2 years ago if I had stuck to it I would look the way I do in my head. Last September after my mom died, I got on the fitness bandwagon and was starting on my way. I had actually lost quite a bit of weight. Then I fell off. Now I'm slowly getting my ass in gear. Hopefully this time it will stick. Once I start seeing results it should help to motivate me.
