Nature is the theme for today. So the kids and I went on an adventure to find the right picture. We found some geese that were close to the waters edge. Faith was so excited. But bringing along 3 little ones who don't know how to be quiet was making her really angry. But she did manage to find some awesome pictures. This is the one she liked the most.

Squat Day 6 75, my legs and bum are not sore anymore. Yeah! but it sure is tough, hopefully at 250 I still be able to function afterwards.
